A very subjective look into AWFC

Words that have never and probably would never come out of my mouth and yet some of my favorite people in woso are all there hanging out. It’s absolutely wild to me how different people have different ideas of what a vacation is and what the ideal destination of said vacation should be. Not judging, I’m just never not in awe when people choose places like Ibiza to do basically anything.

I’m absolutely loving how former club teammates, friends, international teammates etc are all having a blast together and it makes me happy to see them continuing their friendships and all of that good stuff. Good for them. They deserve whatever they choose to live, whether it’s a silent retreat or an all inclusive resort in Spain. Have a blast, queens!

The fact that this is the most interesting news as it relates to AWFC just shows where we are at in this strange roller coaster that is the transfer window. It’s exhausting looking up updates and much love and respect to @soccerdonna but my god I just wish there was more news.

I’m legit getting excited about Stanway and eventually Ona and I do have to say we missed a huge player on Caroline Weir, as in we missed on her returning and I think she would’ve been such a great addition to our team.

Also, I have been saying every year but I’d love to see Alana Kennedy, I don’t care what anyone thinks. Won’t happen but I’d like that.

And Lucy Bronze too.
